Overview
Tana combines hosted calls and botless capture of external meetings with a shared workspace, AI chat and proposed follow-up actions. Teams can bring their own Claude or ChatGPT account into the desktop meeting workflow and use connected tools. It is a separate product from Tana Outliner. Connected assistant subscriptions remain separate from Tana’s built-in AI credits; recording a meeting does not make every proposed external action automatically approved.
